1) How do I get my password?
If you are a new customer, simply complete your order and register as a new customer at check-out. You will be assigned a customer number and password automatically.

If you already have an account with us, simply call 1-800-292-7772 with your customer number on-hand, and our representative will gladly assign your secure password. Once you've received your password, you can change it yourself at any time. We suggest that you keep your customer number and password in a safe place for future ordering.

3) How do I track my order?
You now have the power to track your orders through this web site - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Click on Track Your Order and enter your customer number and the order number you wish to track (or a date range of orders). You can track any order placed with us, regardless of whether you placed the order online, by phone, by fax, or by mail. As long as you have the order number, you can track the status of your order from our dock to our door!

4) How long will it be before I receive my order?
Generally delivery is from 8-14 days, but may extend beyond this if items are on backorder or is not a drop ship item such as Bleachers, Scoreboards, etc.

5) Once I return an order, how long will it take to have my account credited?
Usually accounts are credited within 21 days but during extreme times this may be extended.

6) Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Invoices are available once an item is shipped. For prepay customers that don't receive an invoice, an order confirmation is available.

7) How many boxes will I receive?
This is dependent on the size of the order, availability of product, and number of vendors involved.

8) When are my back orders due to be shipped?
On inventory items a projected ship date is available. On vendor items, we must call the vendor and request a potential ship date.

10) Why am I getting multiple invoices?
You are invoiced per ship day. So for each day you have product shipped you will receive an invoice.
