ship to you, our valued customer. However, due to certain brand and/or
territory restrictions, we may not be able to complete your order request.

How
To Order*:
Ordering with us is as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Look us up on the web
2. Enter your order from your printed catalog. If you need a catalog,
click Request a Catalog.
3. Place your order securely with your unique customer number and password*
* Please call 1-800-292-7772 before your first order, and we will set
up your unique password for secure ordering. Remember to write down
your order customer number, password and order confirmation number.
You can take advantage of our online order status to check on your orders
at any time. We provide you with the ability to track your shipments
via the UPS tracking number.
Ship
Time:
We do our best to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. We
normally can process your order within 2 working days (we ship Monday
thru Friday) Actual delivery depends on where you are located, but you
can expect your order within 7 to 10 days after it has shipped on in-stock
merchandise.
Shipping
Charges:
We charge 12% shipping and handling on most items. If it is a product
that has to go by truck*, it will be charged 15% unless noted otherwise.
An additional charge of $75.00 will be charged for truck shipments that
require an inside delivery. Only ground level inside deliveries can
be processed.
These charges apply to orders shipped within the 48 continuous states.

International
Ordering:
Shipping costs vary depending on size and weight of the products and
the location of your country. Please submit your order online and you
will be contacted via email for your actual shipping and handling charges.
Some products may not be available to be shipped outside of North America.

Minimum
Order:
We will be glad to take any order from you as long as it has merchandise
total of $50.00 or more. Merchandise orders under $50.00 will have a
$5.00 service charge added to the order.
Warranty:
Most of our products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing
defects unless otherwise stated. Of course we hope that will not happen
to you, but if it does, please e-mail our customer service department
and we will give you a return authorization number to return the product.
After it has been inspected and verified defective, we will replace
it or give you credit. The warranty is from the original purchase date.
Returns:
We Guarantee 100% Satisfaction!
Please call our customer service toll-free number, 1-800-292-7772, within
30 days of receipt of merchandise to obtain return authorization. Returns
are not accepted without prior authorization. Freight charges and a
restocking charge of 20% may be charged depending on the circumstances.
All shipments must be inspected and checked against our packing list
for shortages and damaged merchandise at time of delivery. Note any
damages or shortages on the bill of lading or delivery receipt BEFORE
signing it. Sport Supply Group, Inc. is not responsible for damage or
loss in transit. We will however, assist you in filing a claim IF all
of the correct procedures have been carried out. Call our customer service
department within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to notify us of
any damages or shortages.
Out
of Stock Merchandise:
If we're out of stock on an item you've ordered, we often ship an equal
or higher quality item - at no extra charge!
Method
of Payment:
All publicly funded institutions have immediate credit with Sport Supply
Group, Inc. Terms are net-30 days. If you are an individual or non-public
company, please send a check or provide credit card information with
order. The customer agrees to pay any necessary collection charges if
payments are not made according to terms.
